When I ask my clients
how much of their job they really enjoy they usually report that they
derive satisfaction from about 10-30 per cent of what they do in their
work. My job, as a career coach, is to help you discover what that
10-30 per cent is and help you find ways of doing more of it either in
your present job or a new one.

What many of my coaching clients have found is that once they are clear
about their unique gifts they tend to enjoy their present jobs more
because they naturally create opportunities to do what they love. On
the other hand, if the opportunities are not present in their current
